Anthony Davis Injury Update

- The Nets announced that KD will sit out their next two games: 2/15 @ SAC & 2/16 @ PHX due to mild hamstring strain

Still very early in the season and too soon to tell just how everything will play out in the season, we take a look at teams in the East who will possibly make the playoffs. Also we look at teams who despite their current record could surprise. Teams like 76ers, Heat & Celticscan be penciled in. LAMARCUS ALDRIDGE retires4-15-2021
After playing two seasons with the Texas Longhorns Lamarcus Aldridge was drafted in 2006 in the 1st Round with the 2nd overall pick, Lamarcus Aldridge was selected by the Chicago Bulls. However, the Portland Trailblazers acquired the draft rights to the 6 ft 11 inch Power Forward/Center. There he played 9 seasons (2006-2015) before he signed with the San Antonio Spurs in 2015. Aldridge played for the Spurs from 2015 to 2021 until his contract was bought out at which point he signed with the Brooklyn Nets in March of 2021. Due to a health scare caused by an irregular heartbeat Aldridge anounced his retirement from the NBA one month later.
